Orders and pricing

All prices are in Nigerian naira and are confirmed on our server when you place an order. Market prices can change, so an item's price at checkout is the price that applies.

Availability

Stock is limited to what our shoppers find at the market. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to substitute or refund it.

Delivery

Delivery fees depend on your destination and are shown before you place your order. Some locations carry a minimum order value.

Returns and refunds

Fresh produce should be checked on delivery. Report any damaged or incorrect item within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund the amount paid.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide.
